It offers up a nice array of fruit flavors, ranging from grilled cherries and red-skinned plums to fresh red raspberries. Domaine des Sénéchaux are o lunga istorie in spate, istorie care vorbeste atat despre terroir-ul foarte ofertant si vinurile de o calitate superioara, cat si despre toti oamenii implicati in acest proces. Recomandarea noastra de astazi, Chateauneuf-du-Pape Domaine des Sénéchaux Red 2019, este un cupaj interesant de Grenache Noir (57%), Syrah (24%) si Mourvedre (19%). Notele olfactive amintesc de cirese, fructe de padure bine coapte si tente delicate de condimente. Pe palat, vinul dezvaluie arome de fructe de padure rosii si negre, condimente si piper. Finalul este persistent, conturand si mai bine structura bine echilibrata a vinului. Savurati acest vin la o temperatura de 15-18 grade Celsius, alaturi de preparate din carne, in special vanat, sau in combinatie cu branzeturi maturate.
